Lesson 10: The stumbling block of Balaam.

Objective:
Teach children to treasure God’s blessing and to guard their hearts from sin.
Учить детей дорожить Божьим благословением и не допускать грех к своему сердцу.
Golden verse:
“…Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man”. (Ecclesiastes 12:13)

Materials:
  • Bible, Book of 1 Kings 4:29-34, 8:6-10, 22-27, 41-44, 11:9-13;
  • Paper ball with questions for the wrapping game, small prizes for the correct answer.
  • A box with candy;
  • Illustrations to the story: find on the Internet illustrations of silk fabrics, gold items, ivory jewelry, precious stones, peacocks, thoroughbred horses, cedars from Lebanon, spices and sweets from the East, and illustrations of Solomon's temple.
  • Test “Wise knowledge”;

  • Бумажный мяч с вопросами на повторение для Wrapping game, веселая мелодия;
  • Для заинтересовки: сундучок с конфетами
  • Для Библейской истории: найти в интернете иллюстрации шелковых тканей, золотых изделий, изделий из слоновой кости, драгоценных камней, павлинов, породистых лошадей, кедров с Ливана, восточных пряностей и восточных сладостей.
